Do you have a busy day?

At VetGenève, we understand the challenges of a busy schedule. That's why we're delighted to offer our customers a unique service: VetCare.

How does it work?

Contact our team to find out when your pet will be picked up.
Once we have agreed the details of your pet's deposit with you, a form will be sent to you so that we can gather the information we need to fully understand your concerns.

Drop off your pet between 7.30am and 9am: As soon as you arrive, a member of our team will give you a warm welcome and check with you the various documents required to take care of your little companion. Don't forget to bring his vaccination booklet with you!

Full support : Throughout the day, we'll look after your pet as if it were our own. We'll look after your pet's well-being, giving it special attention and making sure it's comfortable and relaxed.

Full veterinary examination: Our vet will carry out a full examination of your pet. We will then call you to discuss our findings and recommendations.

Additional tests and treatments :
If we detect that your pet is ill, we will discuss any additional tests required (blood tests, X-rays, ultrasound scans) and possible treatments. We will not carry out any tests or treatments without your agreement and a prior estimate. It is therefore essential that we are able to contact you by telephone during the day.

Pick up your pet before 5 p.m:
You can arrange a time to collect your pet before 5pm. When you arrive, we'll provide you with a written summary of our findings and recommendations, and your pet will be ready to go home with you!
